These terms govern your use of whosurely.com and any purchase of the Who Surely? card game. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who Surely? is made and sold by Jamal Khalili, an independent sole trader based in Berlin, Germany. Contact: hello@whosurely.com / via the Contact page.
Who Surely? is a party game designed for players aged 14 and up. Card content includes mature humor and callouts intended for teens and adults. By purchasing or playing, you confirm you (or the intended player) meet this age requirement.
Orders are placed and paid through Stripe. All prices are listed in EUR and include/exclude VAT as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if, for example, stock runs out or we detect an error in pricing.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.
Because Who Surely? is a physical, unsealed-on-open product, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
All game content — cards, rules, artwork, branding, and the Who Surely? name — is owned by Jamal Khalili. You may use the game for personal, private entertainment. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the game or its content without written permission.
Who Surely? involves callouts and challenges between players. It's intended for consenting adults and teens (14+) playing voluntarily in a private setting. Use good judgment: skip cards that don't fit your group, and don't use the game to pressure anyone into anything they're not comfortable with.
We provide the game and this website "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game or the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as for gross negligence or intentional harm.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
